Evening Gathering

 It's hard to capture the welcome we received, but these two photos together give an idea

This is Wil! We met during the convention while waiting in line for the restroom. We had such a good conversation, but didn't share contact info and I wasn't sure if I'd see her again during our trip. 

I was so happy that she was at our evening gathering (there were multiple) and that we found each other in the crowd!

Inside, while waiting for the doors to open for the show, we met Ian. He was so sweet! He's 15 and worked hard during the special week of activity.

As we filled the auditorium, he was calling out, "Welcome! I hope you enjoy the show! Welcome!"

I asked if I could take his photo and share it with the kids in my congregation back home, so he wanted to give them a thumbs up!

No photos to share of the show itself, but it was exceptional! A live drama, beautiful singing and live music, and an adorable performance by the kids... every part was great! It was an ideal ending to our special trip.
