Wondering what's going on here?

Gary studies the Bible with a man named Mr. Adams.

Mr. Adams is a mechanic who fixes the Lay's potato chips trucks. 

Lay's gives him expired chips and other goodies.

Mr. Adams has a van that he keeps all of the chips in, and invited us to go "shopping" inside.

Later in the morning, Sean called on his friend Bill.

Bill owns this bait shop, which sits in his front yard. It really does sell live bait.

But then Sean elaborated, "He also sells toilet paper, paper towels, and other bulk items . . . " 

I just found that really comical!
