With all of the (non-stop) snow, we decided to make some snow ice cream.
Sister Collins had given me a recipe a while ago, using milk and sugar.
She said that while she was growing up, this was the only kind of "ice cream" they were able to afford.
We whipped some up, and added a little vanilla extract for flavor.
It was really good! It melts fast, but that's not much of a problem . . .
