On Friday evening, we went to Prestonsburg, KY to see the play
The Legend of Jenny Wiley


Jenny Wiley was a pioneer woman in our area who was taken captive by Native Americans in 1789. 
They burned her cabin and killed her five children, including the child she gave birth to during her captivity.
Despite all of the tragedy, the story ends well. 
The play was good, and it was interesting to learn a little history of the mountains that we live in.
