Katie & Richie came over for dinner to celebrate their 3rd anniversary

Presents! 

After dinner we went to Robo's Drive-In for milkshakes 

Some of the signs on the community bulletin board made us laugh

They stayed overnight and came out in service with Jenkins the next day 

Katie & I worked with Reda & Amber 

 and we got . . . lost . . .  

Where are we? . . . 

At this point, we were stuck going over a mountain on a one-lane dirt road,

no good places to turn around.

We just had to keep driving forward! But we saw some pretty sights along the way.

In the evening, we did our letter writing on the Bernards' porch because the weather was so nice.

It was one of those long August service days!
